What you'll be doing
- The repair design engineering Intern will be a member of the global services engineering technical team responsible for designing and developing repairs for aircraft engine hardware for military engines. This position is a key enabler to the development and implementation of repairs on hardware that will help maintain fleet supportability. The Intern will work with company global repair units, engine centers, structural engineering team, or military programs to identify engine hardware requiring innovative repair design and development.
What your background should be
- Student must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Engineering/technical experience in design & 3D modeling or project management. Experience with gas turbine engines, manufacturing processes and/or unigraphics is a plus.
Required Schooling / Training
- BS degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering from an accredited university or college.
