What you'll be doing
- This position will monitor the mechanics and service workers who provide prior to delivery (PDI) inspection, modification, and repair of vehicle defects. Team Leader will be chargeable for shop floor activity that contributes to the completion of the planned workload within the projected time and cost allowed. The person will supervise, guide and motivate, and to help colleagues work together and ensure they are delivering good customer service. She/he will complete paperwork, handle complaints from both staff and customers, perform financial responsibilities, and report to senior level management.
What your background should be
- 5 years of truck manufacturing experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Associate's degree
Who is the client company
- Owns the manufacturer of International brand commercial trucks, brand diesel engines, IC Bus school and commercial buses.
