What you'll be doing

Perform assigned operation; commercial, retail and private client group within assigned market. Interact with branches as subject matter expert and active team member in supporting branch growth and goal to ensure sound operational understanding and implementation of operational procedure. Ensure successful result in each branch in area of compliance and loss control through employee training and direct monitoring of task. Make recommendation to management on organization and workflow. Establish communication, training and reporting process to ensure branches are operating to most current operational and security process. Act as primary resource for branch personnel to clarify and verify operating procedure and policies.

What your background should be

Strong knowledge of bank operation policy and procedure. Strong knowledge of applicable banking law and regulation. Strong knowledge of applicable operating and computer system. Some knowledge of retail product. Well developed customer relation skill. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill. Good organizational and project management skill. Ability to manage multiple task and project and deadline simultaneously.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
