What you'll be doing

The incumbent is responsible to deliver world class customer service to all retail customers. Receive and process package for courier shipment, operate copier, fax machine, binding equipment, laminating machine and point of sale device. Deliver outstanding customer service to walk in customer and telephone inquiries. Take ownership of the customer shipping problem and offer viable solution. Take action to learn all product and service offering, alternative solution and industry trend. Operate all equipment, software and device in an expert fashion and be willing to teach other. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

What your background should be

Some relevant working experience is desired. Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office and Adobe suite. Outstanding phone skills. Strong verbal and written skills, to include spelling and math. Prompt, reliable and responsible. Strong interpersonal skills are required.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma required
