What you'll be doing

Operate independently, and can readily identify connection toward objective. energetic leadership attribute. Identify, integrate, and manage required internal and external resource to provide business solution for group most complex business issue. Develop and implement detailed project plan, including new product, conversion/integration, merger project, and other project as assigned with minimal direction from project stakeholder. Independently manages the planning, documenting, testing and executing, along with the task, budget, time line and project team member to successfully complete project on time and within budget. Oversees the entire project life cycle of detailed project plan using standard project methodology including due diligence information gathering, analysis, and reporting. Develop and present written project plan and develop and delegate project task including test plan and acceptance testing. Initiate the design and implementation of the operational and technical aspect of the project plan and develop and support programming request to meet project goal after upon thorough discussion with project stakeholder. Oversees test and project task development and implementation. Evaluate and provide written and verbal update on project status financial forecasting , budget planning, administration, and reporting project cost, written project closing analysis, budget/actual comparison and change management reporting. Establish milestone as needed for reporting to appropriate management level and communicate budget and status milestone as defined for the project. Oversees project team, which consist of member reporting to functional manager within the Business Group, third party vendor, and consultant. Provide leadership, motivation and establish a teamwork environment for the project team, and advise, influence, and coach team member in the development and achievement of project goal. Facilitate and lead team meeting. Monitor project progress toward project goal, Facilitate and document lesson learned on project to use on future project. Recognize team member for meeting and exceeding goals.

What your background should be

12+ years of project management experience with a minimum of recent 5 years in financial service. RBGA field of experience preferred.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree required
