What you'll be doing

Coordinate the installation of company product and system at customer site. Schedule and may perform pre installation site review and evaluation for adequate infrastructure. Ensure that the proper material and manpower arrive at the customer site on a timely basis for the installation of company equipment. Manage installation problem resolution with assigned customer account. Coordinate interaction between the customer, system engineering, field process engineering, field service engineering, manufacturing, logistics and third party vendor. Responsible for timely escalation of installation issues to the appropriate organization in headquarter. Work with limited guidance on project within defined criteria. Provide solution to a diverse range of moderately complex problem.

What your background should be

Three to six years experience in relevant field. Excellent communications, documentation and customer support skills is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skill is required. Strong interpersonal skill is desired. Excellent customer service skill is desired.

Bachelor degree
