What you'll be doing

Key initiator of new business development target medium sized account. Call on HR and organizational development leader to generate organizational consulting sales. Achieve or exceed sales metric and revenue target. Write and oversee effective business proposal. Follow up on warm lead and cold call decision maker to generate certification sales through region hosted marketing event. Close business consistently within the client company guideline develop for product and service mix and pricing. Develop and execute on territory marketing and management plan to meet and exceed monthly revenue target. Execute effectively on lead measure required for this role, including heavy outbound call and contact new organization that are not currently work with the client company.

What your background should be

Minimum of 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience. A stable work history and successful track record of personal sales performance in a corporate environment is essential. This hunter type role requires demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting and driving opportunities to closure. The majority of the activity is following up on marketing leads and cold calling from a home based office and attending the region hosted events. A well developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm and integrity is critical to success in this role. Exceptional communication and phone skills are required.

Required Schooling / Training

BA/BS degree.
