Optometrist

What you'll be doing: Provide off site test, diagnostic service, personalize care and recommendation. Communicate with patient to get detail case history. Administer patient optical healthcare and patient education. Maintain clinical record and chart as specified by the company. Perform all service and duty in a manner consistent with company policy, procedure, process and quality standard. Recognize and respond to need and age specific parameter of older adult. Offer advice for patient and reassurance about vision related matter. Write referral communication to doctor. Manage staff, including dispense optician and clerical staff and train junior staff.

What your background should be: Licensure in optometry for appropriate state. Entrepreneurial, self starter attitude. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills. Basic computer skills. Valid driving license.
