What you'll be doing

The client company is actively seeking a creative, highly talented senior air quality project manager. The candidate will be responsible to demonstrate an establish career in air quality consulting, project management and staff development. The selected team member can look forward for managing projects, primarily related to air quality measurements and other related tasks for clients in the forest products, oil, and gas, petrochemical, federal, and other industries. Incumbent is also responsible for project management tasks such as; step in as the project manager on existing projects, maintain relationship with those clients and use existing industry knowledge to develop new relationships. S/he will mentor junior and mid-level staff in the proper planning and execution of projects.

What your background should be

Minimum five years of project management experience, and 10 years of relevant experience in air quality consulting and related industry experience, including proven performance as a project manager on previous projects. Strong skills with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required. This position requires successful completion of the project-management certification program within 6 months of hire.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in chemical, civil, or environmental engineering, or a related science degree with environmental focus.
