What you'll be doing
- Work extensively with supervision and technology leadership to establish a common operations and technology vision. Lead and deliver technology project scope, requirements and user acceptance testing efforts. Manage and oversee supervision resources to ensure successful completion and documentation of projects. Identify opportunities to simplify and improve the quality, content and format of initiatives. Interact with senior management by performing ad-hoc analysis, creating presentation material and executing requests that support objectives and strategies of projects. Represent supervision on project teams in the creation and implementation of new initiatives, technology releases, external inquiries and other project related matters. Partner with CWM business units including IT, finance, legal, retail sales, branch admin, HR, and audit to identify necessary suitability/regulatory requirements. Prioritize technology spending to remain within budget constraints. Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in finance or management information systems.
