What you'll be doing
- Oversee a team of 10-15 specialist who are responsible for processing request received for the set up and maintenance of business solutions division (BSD) customer, ensuring the accuracy of all request and adhering to service level expectation. The position is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the team who work closely with various internal department such as sales, implementation, pricing, billing, etc. Manage the day to day work schedule, task and assignment of the specialist, to include the case management and mail queue, ensuring work is completed timely and efficiently. Additionally, the position will identify opportunity for improvement within the team process and provide direction for the standard determined by management.
What your background should be
- 4 years in related field experience. Excellent Problem Solving and communication skill. PC skill (Word, Excel, Google Mail) are required.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree
