What you'll be doing

Manage and direct all activity related to the implementation of human resource and payroll system. Work closely with the client to ensure that all goal, objective and milestone accomplish according to the desire future state and strategic objective of the organization. Ensure that the system implement with best practice in mind and that it operate effectively and efficiently. Develop the project plan for large scale HRIS implementation. Manage the project risk, schedule and budget. Perform other duty as assigned.

What your background should be

Five to seven years related experience and/or training. Demonstrated experience in managing HR and payroll operations. Experienced in managing complex human resource and payroll system implementations. Knowledge of various HRIS systems and related interfaces. Experience working on change management activities in mid to large initiatives technology implementations, process changes or organizational restructurings. Experience in building and implementing communications plans around change initiatives.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from accredited four years college or university.
