What you'll be doing

Monitor/track project deliverables, schedules and milestones. Work with electronic systems such as Excel, PowerPoint, and MS project. Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and formal deliverables to client. Manage project trim requirements; schedule meetings with internal/external participants (including staff, clients, regulators, stakeholders, etc.). Assist with ERICA submittals; assist with proposals. Ensure that items are resolved and communicate status to senior project coordinator, ERHA team lead and program and project managers. Perform other job-related duties and functions as required and assigned.

What your background should be

6 or more years of progressively responsible administrative experience. The incumbent must demonstrate ability to work independently and exercise good judgment in carrying out responsibilities, strong understanding of client needs and sensitivities; efficient preparation of correspondence; communicate effectively verbally and in writing; and perform complex office tasks with minimal supervision. Must demonstrate ability to work well in teams to maintain effective working relationships at all levels. Ability to provide comprehensive and accurate products with minimal errors and revisions.

Required Schooling / Training

High school education.
