What you'll be doing
- Uphold the client company core value and mission statement. Maintain a professional image and attitude at all time; observe the policy and procedure of client companies when conduct business with resident and all related party. Inspect the property on a regular basis and report all safety hazard, property damage and needed repair to maintenance supervisor. Follow up on repair to verify completion and compliance with OSHA, property insurance company, government agency and company safety policy and risk management procedure. Ensure completion of all maintenance service request from resident and follow up with maintenance supervisor on service call, keep and fill all copy and related documentation. Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor to schedule preventative maintenance work and resident service request. Follow the community preventative maintenance program regularly. Actively participate in all maintenance duty including but not limited to maintenance service request completion and ground keep. Communicate need of routine supply and material to maintenance supervisor. Report all property issue and potential liability along with recommendation for solve such issue to management staff. Handle any emergency that may arise on the community follow client company policy and procedure. Assist with special project and administrative task as directed by management staff. Report all act of vandalism, destruction of property and suspicious behavior to management. Assist with special project and assignment as needed.
