What you'll be doing

The retail supervisor will be responsible for opening/closing the store, managing register efficiency, achieving daily production goals, providing excellent customer service, and developing associates. The candidate will train, motivate, and lead associates to create a customer centric store and donation environment. Work together with team to achieve sales and production goals that make the store successful. Exhibit the following competencies: customer focus, directing & motivating others, and drive for results, action oriented, and timely decision-making. Support mission to provide training, employment, and supportive services for people with disabilities or disadvantages who seek greater independence.

What your background should be

Two years of prior retail or production experience, including retail supervisory experience. Working knowledge with Windows based PC and Microsoft office. Additional course work in retail/marketing/production, or experience in a management-training program are preferred. Valid driving license is required.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma required. Bachelor degree in a related field is preferred.
