Retail Associate

What you'll be doing: Greet and respond to all customers in a friendly manner, ensure proper merchandise presentation, operate the cash register in accordance with policies and procedures, maintain a clean work area at all times and treat fellow associates with respect. Provide customer service according to all company customer service guidelines. Assist in specialized areas or functions in the store including but not limited to cash office, front end, fitting room, stock room, fine jewelry, customer service, markdowns, recovery/sizing, cashiering etc as required. Perform a range of functions in all areas of the store as business needs require. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be: Should have knowledge in basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments. Ability to use all store equipment, including PDTs, registers and PC as required. Ability to use janitorial equipment, rolling racks ladders and other assigned supplies. This job requires some physical efforts.
