Front End Manager

What you'll be doing
- Oversee all facets of the front-end including customer service, training, administering FE scheduling, performance, productivity, shrink, sanitation, and safety. Oversee customer service on the front-end. Provide guidance, training, and support for checkout coach. Provide technical direction to the front-end department. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures throughout the front-end department. Ensure all cash controls are in place. Ensure that the front-end department shall provide consistent, friendly, helpful service based on defined LMS standards. Promote customer loyalty by demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and displays a friendly sense of urgency when dealing with customer questions or concerns. Ensure total recovery when dealing with any disappointed customers regarding front-end issues. Maintain favorable service ratings as measured by customers through customer connections. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Prior customer service experience is required. Must have a working knowledge of all front-end department related procedures and functions. Previous 2-5 years of retail management experience in the areas of front-end and customer service is preferred.
