What you'll be doing

Oversee all facets of the front-end including customer service, training, administering FE scheduling, performance, productivity, shrink, sanitation, and safety. Oversee customer service on the front-end. Provide guidance, training, and support for checkout coach. Provide technical direction to the front-end department. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures throughout the front-end department. Ensure all cash controls are in place. Ensure that the front-end department shall provide consistent, friendly, helpful service based on defined LMS standards. Promote customer loyalty by demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and displays a friendly sense of urgency when dealing with customer questions or concerns. Ensure total recovery when dealing with any disappointed customers regarding front-end issues. Maintain favorable service ratings as measured by customers through customer connections. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Prior customer service experience is required. Must have a working knowledge of all front-end department related procedures and functions. Previous 2-5 years of retail management experience in the areas of front-end and customer service is preferred.
