What you'll be doing
- Evaluate client responsiveness to treatment and recommend changes in treatment goals to staff. Assist with monitoring staff on a continuing basis regarding compliance with documentation standards. Collaborate and provide education to internal and external health care provider to maximize and promote continuity of care for clients seeking outreach services. Assist staff in creating therapeutic intervention for clients. Working knowledge of state mental health programs, criterion, and requirements/regulations. Develop, maintain, and modify the array of treatment programs and community outreach services available to clients including residential, adult day treatment and case management at a variety of locations in cooperation/coordination with the CSS directors and coordinators. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- LCSW with two years of clinical experience working with the seriously mentally ill patients.
