Branch Manager

What you'll be doing: The essential function of this position include, but are not limited to, the following such as sitting, standing, walking, bending and twisting, climbing, driving, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, typing, filing, seeing and reading. Support achievement of location sales and margin goal. Ensure positive customer experience, making hertz #1 in car rental company experience. Achieve individual sales goal and customer service goal. Grow sales utilizing business to business sales tactic. Upholding company standard by ensuring cars are presentable to customer. Clean and service facilities to ensure customer satisfaction. Perform all other assigned task as required.

What your background should be: Previous held leadership roles i.e., campus, community or sports previous sales and retail customer service experience. Applicant must possess all auditory, speaking and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to drive multiple type of vehicle. Ability to read and understand driving directions and maps. Proficiency in english. Valid driving license in good standing.
