What you'll be doing

Coordinate with the store manager to develop creative way to meet the store sale goal and maintain reliable collection pattern. Manage and maintaining the store inventory. Assist in the realization of the store maximum profit contribution. Protect all company assets. Maintain a high level of good customer service. Opening and closing the store. Potential controlling expense and shrink merchandise display store signage placement. Assist with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis. Lead a sale team by coaching them on how to become more effective leader and promoting an environment of collaboration.

What your background should be

Minimum of three years prior retail management experience is required. Big box experience a plus. Strong productivity management ability in freight processing. Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills. Ability to work in a high energy team environment. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills and possess basic math skills for ordering and inventory.
