What you'll be doing
- Analyze problem and provide information and solution. Operate a PC and image station to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the database. Thoroughly documents inquiry outcome for accurate tracking and analysis. Develop and maintain positive customer relation and coordinate with various function within the company to ensure customer request and question are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Research and analyze data to address operational challenge and customer service issue. Provide external and internal customer with requested information. Under immediate supervision, receive and place follow up telephone calls and emails to answer customer question that are routine in nature. Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting.
What your background should be
- One year of previous experience in an automated customer service environment; or any combination of experience, which would provide an equivalent background. LPN or certified pharmacy technician preferred. Previous healthcare experience preferred.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma or GED
