What you'll be doing

The incumbent is responsible for providing disciplined leadership, including setting clear expectation and holding the team and self accountable for result. This position execute company program concerning shortage control, internal dishonesty, shoplifting detection and detention and safety. The candidate is accountable for managing the training, section, investigation and successful resolution of all internal investigation within the assigned store. This position own the shrink and safety result for the store, and support the loss prevention five play strategy as well as the organizational cultural belief. Perform all other assigned task as required.

What your background should be

At least two to three years of retail loss prevention experience is required. Excellent communication ability, both written and verbal. Excellent delegation and follow up skills. Strong ability to disseminate work and manage follows up activities. Excellent time management skills. General operating knowledge of retail CCTV systems and other technical components. Strong people management ability.
