What you'll be doing

Partner with employee and management to communicate various human resource policies and procedure, state and federal law and regulation. Provide management with guidance on handling performance issue, corrective action plan and involuntary termination. Respond to employee relation issue such as employee complaint, harassment allegation and civil right complaint, etc. Handle all ADA accommodation requests for assigned region, including working with management and associate to find appropriate accommodation in the workplace. Coordinate and facilitate various training event for management and associate. Work with management on promotion and staff change and update org chart with change. Other work related duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Five or more years of experience in human resource management. Three or more years of experience with employee relation. Working knowledge of state and federal regulation as they pertain to the human resource field. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office product, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to produce accurate and timely work effective written and verbal communication skills. Proven success working under minimal supervision.
