What you'll be doing
- Schedule the change control board meeting and prepare the agenda. Chairs CCB meeting and confirm team consensus, resolve outstanding issue. Promote configuration management principle and train other on its importance. Promote good documentation practices and proper management of data and record. Design and recommend improvements to team processes, procedure and tool. Provide support during internal and external audit of the change control process. Provide task coordination for all product change control quality engineer. Lead process improvement project to achieve system metric. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Six or more years of related experience are required. With an advanced degree, four or more years of related experience is required. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are required. Previous experience with configuration management of product data and process instruction is required. Experience in working in change control and configuration management systems is required. Experience in working with product development and/or manufacturing is desired. Effective team leadership skills are required. Experience working with global suppliers and partners is highly desired.
