What you'll be doing

Handle own station, work off prep list and complete station set up in time allotted. Fabricate items to standard during service and completes prep list for next service period. Inspect food preparation and serving areas within the restaurant to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food handling practices. All responsibilities associated with the intermediate level role. Expedite food, solved problem as they arise, and approaches special request with flexibility. Apply variety of culinary technique and practice. Maintain stock level throughout day. Participate in and occasionally supervise kitchen duties to ensure smooth operation.

What your background should be

Two years of previous experience in a fast paced restaurant. Must have proficient knife skills is required. Experience in a wide variety of technique is required. Previous culinary experience required for intermediate level. Must be willing to provide own culinary tools is required. Previous fine dining experience is preferred. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or equivalent is required
