What you'll be doing
- Plan, develop, implement, monitor, evaluate, train, resolve conflict and assist in the implementation and ongoing direction and support of workforce service program. Coordinate program policies, procedure and quality assurance plan and development activities; provide agency wide technical and program training, curriculum development and ongoing assessment and maintenance of program training content; provide technical assistance to and functionally supervise other trainer or technician; or may resolve high conflict issue due to service delivery breakdown by responding to request, issue or problem from the general public.
What your background should be
- Incumbent must have extensive expertise and knowledge of specific program areas of responsibility. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to operate, demonstrate and explain merchandise in assigned area. Ability to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions. Must have strong communication skills.
