What you'll be doing

The ideal candidate will draw upon previous experience in surgical center operations, as well as physician clinic operations and lead with a focus on the key pillars of service excellence, quality, people and growth in operations and strategy through a collaborative, relational, team-oriented, and professional management style. The administrator/executive director will project a professional and engaging entrepreneurial spirit that excites others to embrace and participate in the achievement of operational and strategic targets designed to lay the groundwork for a market-leading, comprehensive regional ambulatory strategy. The administrator/executive director will possess an innate ability to listen intently and gain trust to successfully lead through the upcoming development and growth years for both the company. The administrator/executive director will support the catholic medical moral ethics of the church and consistently display strong values that are visible to all by word and action.

What your background should be

A minimum of five years of progressive management experience within a surgical hospital or ambulatory surgery center is required, with an emphasis in orthopedic or spine surgery. Prior experience managing a large (10+ providers) specialty physician practice would be desirable.

Required Schooling / Training

Masters degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field is required.
