What you'll be doing
- Monitor record data according to the plan and direction of the behavior management therapist and report change or trend in client behavior as reflected in the data. Monitor model specific intervention prescribed by the BMT and coaches and support parent and other caregiver in the implementation of behavior change strategies. The incumbent is responsible for adhering to professional and legal requirement and principle as well as demonstrating sound professional judgment at all times. Candidate is responsible for ensuring that each client receives the best care per program standard.
What your background should be
- Three years of relevant working experience is required. Meet transportation requirement. Valid vehicle insurance, valid vehicle registration and valid state inspection sticker is required. Meet with the clinical team regularly to review specific behavioral intervention and change to the treatment plan. Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skill is required. Strong interpersonal skill is desired. Excellent customer service skills.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or closely related field
