What you'll be doing
- Responsible for analysis of the most complex business requirement, system upgrade, workflow and application capability. Identify area for system improvement and assist with determining priority of system upgrade and enhancement. Consult with client and researching issue to understand software build step needed for production environment of business application. Collaboratively work with client and other technical specialist to streamline work flow and processes. Work collaboratively with implementation team to ensure process design, interface development, testing and implementation and user training is performed to quality standard. Utilize analysis to collaborate with user, analyst and consultant to determine solution and required configuration to meet business requirement.
What your background should be
- A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in analysis of complex business requirement, system upgrade, workflow and application capability. Thorough knowledge of policy, practice and system. Regularly contribute to the development of new concept, technique and standard. Knowledge of project management concept. Knowledge of professional billing processes and work flow. Knowledge of clinical workflow in the healthcare industry.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in MIS, CS or related field.
