System Administrator

What you'll be doing: Analyze, log, track and resolve software and hardware matter of significance pertaining to networking connectivity issue, printer, server and application to meet business need. Perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problem; document system event to ensure continuous functioning. Recommend course of action and implement as approved. Upgrade system software and hardware component as required to meet business need; coordinate backup. Ensure upgrades are occurring in accordance with established parameter. Coordinate the installation of client department specific application and system. Determine appropriate method for installing application and system; resolve matter of significance and implement corrective course of action as needed.

What your background should be: Two or more years of experience with computer system or networking. Experience working with computer hardware for installation and upgrade. Experience working with software installation and upgrading procedure. Experience working with file and system maintenance procedure. Good organization skill to balance and prioritize work. Analytical and problem solving skill to troubleshoot system problem. Communication skill to communicate with support personnel, customer and manager. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Schooling / Training: Bachelor degree in computer science, or related field preferred.
