What you'll be doing
- The client company is currently looking for an assistant branch manager. This position will demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills. Assist in meeting or exceeding branch goals by deepening the existing relationships, developing new and profitable relationships, and minimizing customer attrition. Support in the delivery of quality customer service; developing an effective and efficient sales team. Help in the overall management of the branch, including operations, sales, service, audit, and staffing with a primary focus on operations. The person may be asked to step in the absence of the branch manager.
What your background should be
- At least 6 months of supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience in professional or volunteer/community roles. Nationwide mortgage licensing system (NMLS) in compliance with the secure and fair enforcement for mortgage licensing act of 2008 (S.A.F.E. Act) required.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
