Catering Coordinator

What you'll be doing: Incumbent is responsible to know the menu thoroughly and provide detailed attention to ensure the great food is delivered timely and accurately. Commit to get to know the need of the customer, and tailor the follow up to ensure satisfaction. Strong team player that are constantly learning and striving to be the best with a commitment to true craftsmanship, while providing quality service and product to the customer. Provide coaching and feedback to all associate. Lead the department by coaching and developing the catering team.

What your background should be: Ability to work a flexible schedule. Excellent customer service skill. Strong interpersonal skill desired. Excellent verbal and written communication skill is required. Excellent ability to assess customer need and offer them a full solution that meet or exceed their expectation. Relate to coworker and manager in an open and friendly manner and enjoy working in a team environment.
