What you'll be doing

Prepare patient and retail menu item on production sheet, following established quantities and recipes. Complete and use daily production worksheet and waste log sheet. Taste completed meal to ensure quality. Operate and clean equipment per departmental procedure after each use. Communicate patient or customer related problem to appropriate personnel. Adhere to facility confidentiality and patient right policy as outlined in HIPAA policy and procedure. Comply with regulatory agency standard, including federal, state and JCAHO. Follow HACCP guideline to ensure quality and safety of food supply. Complete required documentation, report log as required. Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulation, as well as departmental sanitation procedure. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Food preparation experience and restaurant experience required. Having kitchen, restaurant and cafe feature socially responsible practice and exceptional guest experience. Strong interpersonal skill; excellent verbal and written communication skill is desired. Ability to follow quality food for patient, associate, and customer using standardized recipe and production sheet.
