What you'll be doing

Maintain cooperative relationship with a wide variety of internal and external business and technical partner. Follow and take part in forming sound norm for role and process. Serve colleague as a subject matter expert in business process, system, and data source, which have become familiar. Project management lead and motivate teams that translate business need into supportable technical solution. Define stakeholder, objective, scope, risk, and success criteria. Develop complete business requirement document, infrastructure impact statement, feasibility studies, charter, work breakdown structure, resource assignment, risk management plan, communication plan, and change management plan. Manage the expectation of the project team, end user, and sponsor.

What your background should be

Four to five years of increasing involvement in IT project including software development project. Demonstrated accountability related to project process, communications, risk assessment, need definition, work definition, status tracking, change management, and overall project success. Experience participating in business analyst services to include elicitation and documentation of requirement, participation in the translation of business requirement to technical and design requirement and managing product quality via testing and validation. Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skill; excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skill desired.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in business, information systems or relevant.
