What you'll be doing

Distribute information in a timely manner to the appropriate area of the restaurant. Remain in contact with the client prior to event to get final guarantee and method of payment prior to the function. Track repeat business, as well as, creating an easy method to trace file to encourage repeat business identify key market that will generate the core business of the private room. Develop marketing plan to target these market. Participate in local organization with networking opportunities to gain potential business. Anticipate busy and slow period in private dining and create an action plan to fill the slower period. Develop plan to successfully market private dining for holiday parties, maximizing both space and revenue.

What your background should be

Two to three years previous sales experience, restaurant experience a plus. Multi tusker, organized, detail oriented creative and energetic interpersonal skills, team player budget management. Strong interpersonal skill; excellent verbal and written communication skill is required. Basic computer skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
