What you'll be doing

Provide unparalleled customer service and enrichment to the digital lifestyle of the customer. Provide complete and appropriate technical solution for the user. Delight the customer by listening attentively to their need, reaching agreement about issue, and driving it to a resolution. Troubleshoot simple to complex issue, adapting to a variety of skill level through a positive, analytical, and informative approach. Educate customer about support option, online tool and self-help or tutorial training resource. Communicate positively with team member, customer, and other partner. Perform all other task as assigned.

What your background should be

Adaptive interaction with people of diverse technical proficiency. An active listener and excellent verbal communicator. An excitement and passion for the company and product. Ability to understand and follow instruction and ability to read retain and comprehend guideline, policy, and procedure applicable to the position. Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently as well as within a large team. Self-motivated and driven to increase knowledge of company product and share that knowledge with company customer.
