Sr. Financial Analyst

What you'll be doing
- Work with business partner to develop weekly projection, quarterly financial forecast and annual budget. Identify and communicate risk and opportunity. Establish timetable with business partner to ensure forecast completed on time. Prepare monthly management report, variance analyses, trend analysis, and financial review document. Support and partner with the business to analyze business initiative and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in process, customer experience and profitability growth. Perform ongoing analyses on effectiveness of marketing spend. Perform ad hoc analysis as requested by business partner. Manage project plan, schedule, deliverable, action item, milestone, task assignment, scope, issue, and risk.
What your background should be
- Five or more years of experience as a financial analyst. Analytical or travel industry experience is highly preferred. Must have spreadsheet, data management and presentation skill. Strong interpersonal skill; excellent verbal and written communication skill is desired.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree required. MBA or CPA degree strongly preferred.
