What you'll be doing

Receives invoices and confirms accuracy of inventory received, researches and reports any errors and contacts the vendor for credit or disputes as applicable. Keeps and maintains invoices files. Enters invoices in the DSP system and verifies proper payment has been processed. Communicates with headquarters accounts payable office regarding invoice payments. Processes inventory and waste reports by entering information in the system. Generates sales and labor report daily. Reviews associates clock punches on a daily basis and submits payroll for processing every pay period. Answers the plaza phone and address guests or associates inquiries, transfers calls to the appropriate extension number, takes messages for the general manager, assistant general manager, and managers. Enters and processes information in the system pertaining to new hires, background check orders, status changes, time off/leave requests, payroll correction forms, terminations, etc. Keeps and maintains associates personnel files. Checks the store correspondence.

What your background should be

Must have a minimum of 6 months of service with the company. Strong cash handling skills. Excellent communication skills; must be able to speak, read, write and understand in English fluently. Computer literate, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet. Must be able to review and generate emails with attachments. Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma.
