What you'll be doing

Develop and deliver innovative collaboration and workflow solutions utilizing Microsoft sharepoint. Provide leadership skills in advancing the vision of the sharepoint platform. Perform highly visible, complex proof of concept engagements. Work with project team to gather appropriate requirements. Model and document complex business processes, implement proven practices and patterns. Participate in the design development, customization, training, and integration efforts of enterprise solutions involving collaborative portals, enterprise search, enterprise content management, business processes and forms and business intelligence. Evaluate, select and articulate product strategies using the various tools within sharepoint 2013 enterprise. Retain ownership of the product life cycle and provide high-level project management. Work with networking, storage, virtualization and other infrastructure teams to setup maintain business critical sharepoint farms within Hyper-V.

What your background should be

Minimum 4-7 years in Microsoft platforms with a minimum of 3+ years of sharepoint technical experience on corporate initiatives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to relate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel. Excellent time management skills are required. Strong understanding of server installation, management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying and supporting enterprise sharepoint implementations. Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree or equivalent.
