What you'll be doing
- Performing project planning which include assessing risk based on size of company location or collateral characteristics. Interacting with client and various deal team member originator, underwriter, portfolio manager and credit officer to communicate scope and to plan and execute the field exam. Performing onsite review of client and prospect companies, which include developing a valuation model or borrowing base; utilizing current asset collateral account receivable and inventory and evaluating the supporting business process, information system and control for such working capital item. Review accounting record and other financial information quantitative analysis and various tests. Communicate significant finding and potential area of concern to applicable deal team.
What your background should be
- Candidate should possess two to five years of field examination experience or equivalent experience. High importance placed upon possessing excellent verbal and written communication skill. Strong computer skill. Knowledge of the data mining software monarch or idea preferred.
Required Schooling / Training
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
