What you'll be doing

Ensure the protection and safety of resident, staff, and site. Maintain resident confidentiality at all time. Complete intake and checkout in accordance with program procedure for resident entering or leaving the facility. Ensure the accuracy of record and log in accordance to regulatory and agency guideline. Assist resident to understand and follow policy and program rule. Complete intake and checkout in accordance with program procedure for resident entering or leaving the facility. Provide other assistance to resident and program staff as needed. Accurately input information into the homeless management information system. Report any issues or concern to supervisor in accordance with divisional guideline.

What your background should be

One-year previous experience in human service, residential or security field. Experience in criminal justice or human services setting preferred. Proficient in Microsoft office. Completion of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification within the first ninety days of hire.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or GED required.
