What you'll be doing

Develop lead, schedule appointment, identify customer need, and market appropriate product and service. Establish customer relationship and follow up with customer, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy change, transfer, and claim submission and billing clarification. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goal. Use a customer focused, needs based review process to educate customer about insurance option. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.

What your background should be

Sales experience, retail sale associate or telemarketing preferred. Successful record of accomplishment of meeting sale goal and quota preferred. Interest in marketing product and service based on customer need. Excellent interpersonal skill. Excellent communication skill; written, verbal and listening. People oriented. Organizational skill, self-motivated, detail oriented. Proactive in problem solving. Dedicated to customer service.
