What you'll be doing

The incumbent is to acquire and develop sales and service professional brand in their interpersonal skill. The candidate will create associate whom feel empowered to take care of the customer. S/he will responsible for leading, supporting and inspiring their seller each day to provide an outstanding service experience for their customer. The candidate is responsible for achieving the sale plan through team performance. Provide the merchandise trend of their business and managing the execution of selling standard, process and the adoption of selling tool and technology.

Ability to insert self intentionally into teachable moment. Demonstrate positive attitude with a leadership presence. Ability to influence and lead team through candidate, direct and timely feedback. Role model expectation by working side by side to ensure comfort, understanding, and confidence.

Required Schooling / Training

Four-year college degree preferred.
