What you'll be doing

Coordinate and support security measure to safeguard information against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification, or disclosure. Install, monitor, maintain, and repair system hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specification. Maintain operation of system hardware through monitoring functionality, preventative maintenance, and identifying, reporting, or resolving performance issue. Perform daily administrative task including pass down report, billing, user access coding, filing, etc. Provide support to internal and external customer. Respond to and resolve critical system issue; respond and follow up on urgent customer request. Respond to internal and external customer call related to order, claim, damage, billing issue, etc. Troubleshoot all system and user issue; report issue and status to manager, leader, or customer throughout the troubleshooting process.

What your background should be

Six months experience working with company logistics application; global logistics systems, trailer manifest system, global distribution systems. Both one year work experience maintaining and troubleshooting computer system; network, computer hardware and software and one year experience with MS office software; Outlook, Excel, Word to communicate with customer and associate, track information, and maintain record.

Required Schooling / Training

Associate degree in an information systems related field.
