Client Program Supervisor

What you'll be doing: Build relationship with hiring manager, gaining knowledge of their area of responsibility and staffing need; acting as a subject matter expert to deliver the best possible service. Identify qualified temporary employee through sourcing, recruiting and interviewing to create a candidate pipeline to meet current and future client demand. Support the client program manager to ensure that financial goals and objectives met or exceeded. Ensuring full compliance of all company policies and procedures consistently executed. Provide administrative support to temporary employees, the client program manager and the client.

What your background should be: One-year experience in the service provider industry required. Must have one year of managerial and supervisory experience of at least full time employee. Must have a proven record of accomplishment measured by customer service level and satisfaction, increased responsibility and working relationship with colleague and management. Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one on one and group presentation situation. Ability to interact and communicate with all level of staff and management is required. Must be proficient in MS office. Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple task without compromising quality or service. Knowledge of labor and employment law. The ability to work independently as well as on a team.
