What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for directly sourcing passive talent, managing job descriptions and advertising, pipelining candidates for future need. Delivering market intelligence and acting as a talent advisor with respect to client expectations to the marketplace. Compiling requisite reporting. Performing effective pre-screening and interviewing activities. Managing the offer details and compensation negotiation with candidates. Ensuring all parties understand total compensation, benefits and reward. Performing other job related duties or special projects as assigned.

What your background should be

Experience working within either a corporate or agency recruitment environment is required. Execution of diversity recruiting strategies and meeting targets. Must be able to demonstrate successful and creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidates. Effective internet sourcing skills, including boolean search expertise and creative/innovative researching knowledge. Previous use and knowledge of ATS systems and other recruiting tools. Strong business acumen and an ability to prioritize deliverables.

Required Schooling / Training

BA, BSc degree or equivalent.
