What you'll be doing

Ensuring food quality by cooking and preparing food to order and following kitchen procedure. Monitoring food waste and inventory level and resolving food quality issue. Developing a strong team dynamic between back of house crew and front of house crew. Training and developing crew member to be future kitchen manager. Communicating with crew member effectively in order to ensuring great customer service and throughput. Ensuring the kitchen is properly cleaned and sanitized. Monitoring kitchen equipment and ensuring it is kept in good repair; making sure malfunctioning equipment is repaired as quickly as possible. Ensuring that the kitchen itself and all crew member meet the necessary guideline to ensure there no injury or accident. Filling out material safety data sheet (MSDS) and inventory rotation (FIFO).

What your background should be

The ideal candidate have restaurant experience. Have the ability to understand and articulate fast food with integrity philosophy. Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
