What you'll be doing

Accountable for sales and service activities for in store branch locations. Pro actively seeks new customers through in store marketing and in aisle prospecting. Open accounts, handles teller transactions, sells/cross-sells bank products and services, and resolves complex customer service issues. Participate with maintaining operational integrity at the branch. Refer customers to other areas of the company as appropriate. Develop new business and expands customer relationships. Convert service opportunities into sales events. Some local travel may be needed. Sell bank products, process transactions, and solve customer service issues. Developed selling, cross-selling and referral area.

What your background should be

1 year of experience in sales or cash handling activities or commensurate training. Strong mathematical, problem-solving and negotiation skills are required. National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. act of 2008 and regulation. Required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or equivalent.
