What you'll be doing

Responsible for the development and implementation of service excellence programs including maintenance excellence, soft service excellence and critical environment excellence. Develop and deliver operational excellence in standard development, compliance, measurement, and improvement. Set strategic with the leader across the organization, market unit, and business unit to assure effective process flow and active communication including effective measurement and feedback mechanism. Provide strategic leadership, direction, and development for a team of functional leader and global team to meet financial expectation and support business and customer need. Working with the appropriate business stakeholder, meet program objective for process efficiency, cost improvement, and financial contribution.

What your background should be

Minimum of 15 years of experience in leading a global engineering organization well versed in all aspect of operation. Ability to listen and think strategically, manage risk and be innovative in problem solving. Extensive experience leading large-scale, global, complex, multi-functional technical or engineering teams. Capable of sound decision-making; politically and financially astute with the ability to drive initiative globally industry experience in facilities management desired.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in engineering, facilities, or business management required. Mba preferred.
