What you'll be doing

Contribute to and lead the team to deliver the business strategy for the store. Lead overall store earning by driving top line sale while managing controllable contribution. Regularly act as the leader on duty and consistently model the brand service standard and sub brand-selling behavior. Analyze and utilize leader on duty tracking sheet to optimize each hour of business. Drive brand loyalty by representing an exceptional customer store experience by assessing interactions on the sale floor and in the fitting room. Implement shortage action plan in partnership with the senior general manager to minimize loss and achieve shrinkage goal.

What your background should be

Previous retail experience preferred. Experience supervising teams preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with sales associate, customer, and management. Ability to follow written or verbal instruction. Ability to create a positive work environment. Ability to listen to feedback and take constructive action. Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service when on sales floor.

Required Schooling / Training

High school graduate or equivalent.
